Tess Langston is the founder of ShadowCast Studio. From a very early age she loved sequential storytelling and started her pursuit into comics and animation since she was nine years old. Since then she has graduated from the University of Montana with a B.F.A in Media Arts Animation and was awarded the Outstanding Senior Award in her field.

Her comics career started with the comic Jigsaw in Apostrophe Magazine from 2012-2015 and continued with her first long form graphic novel Anime Asylum on the Some Stories site at from 2013-2017. Currently she is publishing a new long form graphic novel Legend Catcher at legendcatcher.com and has a few other projects in the works.

Pen, ink, digital, watercolor, mixed media and writing script and novel format are her bread and butter when it comes to self-expression. When not working on her comic she can be found at a tea shop info dumping about art.
